Disney area villas are allocated on arrival into any one of our available villas. For this reason they are available at a discount off the regular cost of villas in a named community

Orlando Sanford airport is approximately a 50 - 60 minute drive

Disney World is approximately a 10 - 20 minute drive

Universal Studios is approximately a 20 - 25 minute drive

International Drive is approximately a 20 - 25 minute drive

Sleeping arrangements:

Master bedroom generally comes with a double bed in the second bedroom, two singles in the third, two singles in the fourth and either a double or two singles in each additional bedroom. A pull out sofa bed or rollaway beds are provided for maximum occupancy levels.

3 Bedroom comfortably sleeps 6 (Maximum 8)

4 Bedroom comfortably sleeps 8 (Maximum 10)

5 Bedroom comfortably sleeps 10 (Maximum 12)

Pool heating is available from £120 per week.

For any stays under 7 nights a cleaning fee of £50 may be charged.
