| Those who decide to go on holiday to Florida this year will be following in the footsteps of an American Idol winner. David Cook, who triumphed in the US talent contest in 2008, took his family along to Disney World for a fun-filled jaunt, according to reports. The singer was pictured taking in the thrills and spills of the park''s Magic Carpets of Aladdin ride alongside his nieces and nephews. Since his victory last year, the star has released a self-titled album and singles such as the Time of My Life, Come Back to Me, Light On and Permanent. He is the latest in a long line of celebrities to make the most of the Sunshine State''s attractions. OutKast rapper Antwan Andre Patton recently had a gander at the penguins at Universal Studios, while the Kardashian sisters have been spotted soaking up the sun on the beach in Miami. Pop singer Katy Perry and reality TV star Whitney Port are among the other famous faces that have taken vacations in Florida recently.  |
