Those seeking information about Florida and its latest entertainment options may be interested to learn a major new attraction has opened in Orlando.

Bosses at the Universal resort have announced the Hollywood Rip Ride Rockit is now ready for tourists to use. The move follows recent media speculation about when the delayed exhibit would stage its inaugural public journey.

The attraction blends tunes with twists and turns, allowing visitors to take home a music video of themselves enjoying the thrills and spills.

Riders choose their favourite type of music from five genres – which include hip-hip and rock – to soundtrack their trip.

Commenting, president of creative for Universal Parks and Resorts Mark Woodbury said: "No two experiences will be the same.

"This roller coaster is a game-changing addition to the remarkable attractions here."

Dewayne Bevil, theme park commentator at the local Sentinel news provider, recently commended the ride after being given a pre-opening sneak peek.ADNFCR-917-ID-19322392-ADNFCR
