Florida popular among footballers' wives

Steven Gerrard and wife Alex Curran are the latest football couple to have been spotted enjoying a beach holiday in Florida.
Fellow England footballer John Terry had previously been spied by the Daily Mail enjoying a Florida holiday with his family.
England captain Terry visited Disney World earlier this month with his wife Toni and their twin children Georgie and Summer.
Alex and Steven, meanwhile, were visiting Florida for a very special occasion, their one year anniversary.
According to the Daily Mail, the couple spent time learning about Florida and where best to go as they enjoyed taking in the sights and sounds of Miami.
While on the Florida holiday, keen-shopper and fashion icon Alex, who was spotted relaxing in a red bikini in the pool with her Liverpool captain, took time out to visit the mansion of late great fashion designer Gianni Versace, according to the Sun.
"Alex was delighted to be there," an onlooker told the publication.
